  Bring a courtesy car without collecting my car you didn't even check to see if my car was collected now I have to pay three car tickets because of no communication between you and my insurance company

  Booked a small van Friday morning. Got a phone call to say no van available and gave me a SUV which did everything I needed to do. Thanks for great customer service

  I tried many times today to book a van but the lady on the phone she harassed me. Please check your registration and make an action. I working like School Manager and I never had this problem before. I will report it to the HR. You lost a client just because you don't have a right social responsibility training. Thank you
